Muffins
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs
2/3 cup mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2/3 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
CBDistillery’s CBDelicious Formulation Powder, desired amount
Cinnamon Sugar Topping
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Place a muffin liner in each of your muffin cups.
- With a whisk, stir the sugar, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl.
- Add your desired amount of CBDistillery’s CBDelicious Formulation Powder and mix.
- Add in bananas and vanilla and continue mixing.
- Slowly add in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon and stir together until just combined.
- Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups filling about 3/4 the way full.
- Bake 17-18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and muffins are high, rounded, and browned on top.
- While the muffins bake, make the cinnamon sugar topping by combining the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
- Remove the muffins from the pan and move each to a cooling rack.
- Once the muffins are cooled, dip muffin tops into the melted butter and then into the cinnamon sugar.
- Serve warm or cool and enjoy
